- I'm 23, married, have a dog named Emma and a cat named Caspian and a husband named Brad. I'm currently attending the University of Northern Colorado and studying history but plan to transfer to Biola University to study Theology.
I love animals. I wish I had a ranch so I could adopt all the animals I rescue or see in pain. I've rescued and relocated dozens of abused and homeless animals, including my own dog and cat. My dog is my best friend. She has been my dearest and most treasured friend since the day I kidknapped her from an abusive home. She saved my life.
I only recently decided that vegetarianism was right for me. The thought of eating animals always disturbed me greatly but I was raised thinking it was ok, and I felt ashamed that I felt guilty eating the animals I allowed to trust and love me.
There are a lot of things I was raised to be believe (for instance that women have their place in society and it's in the home) that I've rejected over the past five years. I just can't seem to justify trading one life for the vanity of another. Even lobsters scream, I know, I've heard them.

I am theology student and a christian and a vegetarian. One of the main reasons contributing to my choice of vegetarianism is, in fact, the Bible. My explanation:

I am glad Brad and you got to talking, but I am not surprised Brad thinks that. I told you, people come around in time. He has a good heart, he just doesn't always know, where to place it and sometimes doesn't fears to when he knows where.
I would love to go on a Veggie day. It sounds awesome! Let me know when so I can work out the getting down there plans.
It is going to be crazy seeing grandma. So much has happened, I am truly freaked out. Not freaked about her, but about what she is going to say. But, Cole is happy. He is hell bend on getting her in a corner to see if he can pry avocado talking information out of her.
Muddy Waters... haven't tried it. I will look into it.
