since many create the sore spots through their own efforts, perhaps you are simply bringing their attention to something they shouldn't be ignoring in the first place. after all, we wouldn't want those sores to turn into gangrene would we? :D
the feeling i get from your posts as well as what you have just written is that you possibly have a natural inclination towards honesty even at the expense of what some would call tact. the latter is used to make people feel good, but the former is essential for people to become good.
many would say that tact is a craft, but honesty is an art!

since i rather like your posts, i'm not sure why you think things come out wrong. is it possible that they actually come out right but those around you don't hear it properly? perhaps, they need to take the duct tape off their ears?
