- Are you Vegetarian, Vegan or something else?
- I was ovo-lactarian as a teenager and i was all alone and did not know what to eat or how to eat a healthy vegetarian diet. All my friends ate meat. Then I gave up and went back to chicken and fish for a while. Then I went 100% raw vegan and that was too extreme
now I am vegetarian and going toward vegan with 80% raw

They devlope simu-meat, a plant based muscle like substance, so that carnivorous animals no longer have to hunt if they don't want to.

Day 6 of juice Fast I mean Feast!

Started Juicefeast.com program Monday and I am now on day 6.
Anyone care to join me?
I made some adjustments to the program. Since I am working at home I am juicing half a gallon in the morning and half in the afternoon so it’s fresher.
I have made some other minor changes to fit my body and needs.

I like your fairy tale idea about if animals could talk and save the world. I am an elementary school teacher and I find it difficult to find good books about humane education to read to my students.

Hmmm -- I wonder if you would be successful in teaching me to salsa... I have three left feet *sigh* I tried to learn while I was in Mexico, but all I really accomplished was frustrating a few instructors and stepping on one too many toes... ;) he he
