Are you Vegetarian, Vegan or something else?: half vegetarian and half vegan..if there is such a thing. In other words, I have been a vegetarian for years, and over the past few years I have cut out eggs and milk. i just have not been able to give up cheese made from cows yet.

About Me:: I am a musician in the band , green bracelet. I live by spiritual values but I do not belong to a specific church. When I can I help rescue strays (right now I am fostering a few). I love organic gardening. This year is the first time I did not plant any veggies because of water shortage and drought here in Georgia. I love listening to all styles of music, mainly classic rock.

Merry Christmas New Friends

Merry Christmas to all my new friends here. I am new to VegHaven. Am enjoying the site alot. As I am busy playing and writing music and caring for stray kitties, I won't have much time to visit here. I promise to log on as much as I can. If it takes me a while to comment back, know that I'll get around to it soon. I do plan on keeping up with all of my new friends here as much as I can!!

In fact, there is a rumor that we are actually about to get our first veggie restaurant. I just meant that, when I lived in Atlanta, I spent a great deal of time at the El Azteca on Ponce eating piles of that yummy white cheese!
