- Are you Vegetarian, Vegan or something else?
- i believe humans are omnivorouse, but i do not believe that raising animals as a source of food or materials is an ethical practice. as a result of my belief on the matter, i abstain from eating meat, eggs or dairy products. I also avoid buying anything made from animal material. after about 8 years of veganism i found myself moving very quickly toward a lifestyle characterized by eating habits that fall on the complete opposite end of the dietary spectrum from veganism. after about five years living as a non vegetarian i decided it was time totransform myself back into the person that i was able to be proud of being.

- i live in nashville with my wife and daughter and i work as a baker in a restaurant. i really enjoy making bread and am grateful to have a job doing something that i enjoy doing. most of the breads that i bake are made from recipies that i created and do not contain any dairy products or eggs. i do use dairy products in two of the recipies that i use, but this is only because my employment requires that i provide these items and i have not found any way around it. they also prefer that honey is used instead of sugar in the wheat breads that i make, but because my feelings about current bee keeping methods i avoid using honey when possible.

hello,
i am a diabetic baker that probably has an adverse reaction to glutan. this makes being a vegetarian pretty interesting. this glutan thing is new to me, but if it is real than my job as a baker has become a considerable bit more difficult(i eat what i make and change my processes and recipies accordingly). this has distracted me from me usual enthusiasm for baking new things and sharing what i know. i am, however, becoming more motivated despite not being able to eat what a crea…
