Are you Vegetarian, Vegan or something else?
I was vegetarian for a long time. I don't know what happened though, so now I'm trying to transition back. Well, I grew up in Southern California and life seemed easier as a vegetarian. Then I moved to Oklahoma! Never in my life have I eaten so much cow. My stomach hates me now for it, so I'm trying to get back into vegetarianism.
About Me:
I live in Oklahoma, work in social services, and I'll add more when I have the time. I'm an artist! I should post some of my work.

Where are all the latina/o vegans and vegitarians!!? I need to learn to cook more yummy latino food!

Well the square trays that I use work really well. Can't say I've tried the jars though. For the amount of highly nutritious sprouts you get from a tiny amount of seeds I'd say it's well worth investing in a sprouting kit. They don't cost that much do they? & it'll last you forever as long as you don't break it. I've had my trays for about 10 years now & they're in constant use. This week I have a mix of Brocoli, Red Clover & little Radish seeds sprouting ~ a potent mix. Should be ready for harvesting in a couple of days, so tomorrow I'll soak something else overnight for a new crop next week.

I haven't eaten yet, we are grubbin at about 4, however my moms is spectacular and made everything she could with veg. broth and is making tons of extra veggies for me! She said it is a surprise and won't say what it is! YAY for moms! Happy Thanksgivin pal!
