About Me:: Metalhead Vegan from the Chicago area. I work in marketing, but after the wedding I'm going back to school so I can change careers to be a registered dietitan, maybe possibly health law down the road. Like most people my age, I'm at a cross roads in my life, not sure where everything is going to go, but i'm excited to find out. It's not easy finding other Vegans and Vegetarians to hang with in a city known for its meat packing industry, but I have great friends, and the love of my life to have fun with and I couldn't be happier :)

Of course we all agree with the vision of Peta and share the same world vision, but in the big scheme, vegans are not making any headway toward acceptance, let alone being embraced for our beliefs. Basic human pyschology, it's all about being a positive force, people will follow. A negative force will continue to widen the gap of understanding and fuel the fire of resentment. Don't like how KFC treats chickens, start KFT and serve Kentucky Fried Tofu. Now there's an idea! When you quit your day job, let's rock a vegan KFC. -- Peace from V-dog
