- Are you Vegetarian, Vegan or something else?
- Been vegetarian almost all my life, working towards total vegan. I havent drank cow milk (bluck) in about 10 years, however, I havent been able to rid the whole cheese thing yet. I'm trying! LoL!
For the last year, I have been very interested in the raw vegan lifestyle. As of now, I am about 80% raw. I have tried Alissa Cohen's 30 day raw challenge and was happy to say that I made it a little over 2 weeks 100% raw. I hope to give it a try again soon. ;)

Well you've got to have a Vegan anniversary haven't you? As soon as you give up the evil cheese, make a note of the date & you can have one too :)
My 25th next August is going to be a big celebration.
Good for you for doing the raw thing. I am perfectly fine without cheese, in fact I don't miss it one little bit, but the raw thing intimidates me... a lot!
Are you any closer to moving back home? I keep telling Pinky we need to make 2 million dollars so we can go back and live the way we live here. ;)

What part of CA are you wanting to move back to?
I also lived in Mariposa CA just outside Yosemite National park but sold that house a couple of years ago.
I've never attempted to go raw.... hmmm... maybe one day...
Curious: Have you tried sheese yet? I haven't, but I've heard it's one of the best vegan cheese substitutes yet -- you can get it from www.veganstore.com I've heard it's helped others kick the cheese craving. :)
