Are you Vegetarian, Vegan or something else?: Of Course I am a vegetarian! It is the only way to go. Where I live is the #1 producer of beef in the state of Illinois...so needless to say, people are completely taken away when I tell them I am a vegetarian. It also proves very difficult to "recruit" people to vegetarianism. However, I try everyday. I let anyone try all of my fake meats and actually have found that people love the vegetarian corndogs. I must say myself, they are my favorite! My boyfriend and I live together and it is pretty difficult to cook supper because he is completely opposed to the idea of fake meat....oh well =)

About Me:: My name is Ashley. I live in a small town in Illinois and I work with developmentally disabled adults for a living. I LOVE IT!
