I'm with you there...there are things such as Darfur, the holocaust, and child abuse that nobody can really see how it contributes to the "big picture". The beginning is creating something new even as others destroy.
i doubt that ill ever be so enlightened to
(even 'in the name of love' )
accept all differences
-genocidal megalomaniacs although no doubt part of the great one
tend bother me somewhat :)
that being said
im open minded enough to agree with your agreement
I get that...and I agree. We live in a world of contrast and just simply our existence contradicts unity in a way. However, when we realize that through all of our differences and all of the contrast, we're all part of a larger One, then we can accept and love one another for our differences. Contrast needs to exist in order for appreciation to exist, and where there is appreciation there is love. The key is appreciating each other for all our differences. And that, in a way, is unity.
i'm newmayaml, who else?... haven't been very active on that forum lately although i do check the threads every now and then. so r u planning to tell me a little about the community? i'm intrigued. i should probably just come and pay a visit, i know... it's not THAT far away. did u get affected by the floods at all btw?

Hi Anton -
Thank you for adding me as a friend. It's nice to meet you. I think the idea of an alternative community is an excellent one. Have you found many people who are interested?
