Dinner Loop

Hi Everyone! This is my very first topic...so um..I hope I do OK :) Anyways--lately, I seem to be stuck in a dinner loop--you know where you have the same 3 meals day after day, so I thought maybe we could post our favorite or easiest dinner we enjoy and open up our eating world! I'm a really busy college student so I tend to eat things I can make quickly! Here is my favorite dinner right now:

1 Gardenburger vegan riblet
w/ 1 baked potato
and steamed asparagus

When it's all laid out pretty on the plate it looks like it came from a restaurant--and it's really yummy too! So, whats your fav dinner right now????

I like to eat something tons of times until I'm sick of it then I move onto something else

At the moment I'm into vegetable curry and rice. Quick and easy, I just chop up the vegetables mix in curry powder, flour, salt & pepper. Pour over boiling water. Stir. Put a lid on and pop it into the oven until cooked.

I'm the same way! I jsut got hooked on a vegan indian restaurant--I'm there like 3 times a week getting lentil curry and nann! It's just sooooo good! I also just discoverd nutritonal yeast sauce--it's really cheese and it is my new favorite thing! I put it on nachos, pizza and mac and "uncheese"! I thought giving up cheese was going to suck--but not when I have such a yummy alternative (not to mention it is way less fatty!)

Right now, I'm into eating pittettes with hummus on them and brown rice in pita pockets. I also love the Wolfgang Puck organic soups. I'm sort of on a diet now to stay my current weight since I bought a new dress for new year's eve a few weeks earlier and want to look good in it. I also am into salads now with shittake sesame dressing on them (which reminds me that I have to get a new bottle since mine has seemed to disappear).

Chili using three cans of beans - pinto, black and white. Add in all the goodies you like - red bell peppers, onion, garlic and spices. I also add molasses, brown sugar and vinegar. And of course a big can of stewed, chopped tomatoes.

Serve with corn bread and a green salad.
