I Love Tea!

This group is all about tea! I guess the first place that really got me excited about tea was Rebecca's in Boulder, CO. My Favorite is the "Nourishing Tonic" which was a blend of Nettles, Oatstraw, Rosehips, Alfalfa, and Lavender.

Now I drink a lot of the Holy Tea. I use it for it's cleansing and detox capabilities. It's a blend of Persimmon Leaf, Malva Leaf, Holy Thistle, Marshmallow and Blessed Thistle. I love tea...I must drink 5-6 cups a day! I start with chai, then drink different herbal teas throughout the day. My latest fave is apple-cranberry...mmm! Smells heavenly as it steeps! Whats yours?
